Mike Palmer in 1957, the first time TFAA Field state Championship was held at BFAC at original club site on Woodway and now 610 loop.
And Mike Palmer in 2026, the third time TFAA Field state Championship was held at BFAC at our range now on Clay rd.

This past weekend the club Hosted the Texas Field Archery Association outdoor state championship.
Everyone that came thru the gate were amazed at how BIG and Beautiful our facility is.
Would like to say Thank You to all that helped clean the range, spray for mosquitoes, cooked for our guest and helped setup for the event for TFAA.
The club also inducted 2 Lifetime Members.
Mike Palmer, who was been a member of the club sence the 1957. Who was also a V.P. of the Board of the club. And was the one that designed and layed out the club it is today.
John Ford, has also been a long time member of the club sence the 1960. And worked as always to help the club.
Gentlemen, welcome Home.
