Due to the extreme heat and drought, the trees are extremely stressed and are dropping limbs and falling. Please exercise extreme caution when driving down the road or shooting on the field course. If debris is on the road, please move it off to the side if possible. If unable to remove the debris please fill out a work order on the club's website. Thank you.

Is the 3d shoot going on today?
Time is running out members.
On August 1 you received the nomination ballot in your your email, you might want to check your spam box.
If you or someone you know that wants to get involved in running the club, write their name down on the position and return the email to the membership director by August 29.
Election ballots will be emailed to all members on Sept. 1
All nominee's must be a active member of the club.
The club needs a 3D director and a target range director.
Director's are responsible for all things in their area. From up keep of their ranges to running shoot. Sending out dates to members for help with clean up, maintenance and shoot setup and cleanup.
Director's are to show up and report of whats happening in their area's at Board meeting.

Who are the current nominees? The email for the vote did not specify.
Last weekend we hosted the TSAA state target championship with 128 archers. This weekend we hosted the TFAA American 900 and marked 3D state Championship with 126 archers. Thats 254 archers from all over Texas coming to our club.
Would like to say THANK YOU to our small group of volunteers for back to back weekends of being host.
